Shout out...

These are pretty much my favorite girls in the whole world. We were all the best of friends in high school and I love we can still get together after sometimes months of not even keeping in touch and pick up right where we left off! We are all so different in almost every way yet we get along amazing, I heart my quad posse :)

Swimming Lessons...

Rozilyn & Brooklyn had their first year of swimming lessons!! They love the water and are like little ducks :) After their first lesson Roz was very upset and didn't want to get out of the water because she "didn't know how to swim yet."

I finally got to go watch their 2nd to last class, they were so tired on the way there!

I am pretty sure this is their favorite part

And they graduated :) she was pretty hyper obviously

B was very excited too!

I can't believe they will be in Kindergarten this year, they have grown up so fast. It really feels like they were just born yesterday!

T.P.

Oh how I remember these days all too clearly!!

Someone, meaning one/some of my little brothers friend/enemies toilet papered my Dads house. My dad was out of town and obviously someone knew that and took advantage. My brother stayed at our house while he was gone and one night at about 1:00 A.M. (hence the dark pictures) we got a sudden urge for mozzarella sticks and knew there was some in my dads freezer. Being only a few miles away we headed over only to find the t.p.'ers had been there. I begged my brother to wait until the morning to clean it up, besides it was only a few short hours away and starting to rain! He insisted on starting a fire to burn it and picking it all up immediately so it didn't "look bad" to the neighbors and luckily he had 2 friends over to help :)
The Facts:
-there had to have been 3 cases of toilet paper Fred Meyer brand :)
-it must have been a girl because the toilet paper was tied and wrapped around things perfectly
-dad doesn't have many trees so they did the tractor, farm truck, trampoline, swing set, out door decor... etc...
-they left behind all the plastic wrappers
-Jeral was mad like mad, mad. I laughed the whole time and had to promised him I wouldn't post pictures on facebook
-most importantly we did get cheese sticks after the work was done!

2 years... and counting

We celebrated our 2 year anniversary this week-end, it was actually on Sunday but we chose to celebrate all weekend long! Starting with Friday...

David has been wanting to go here for a very long time, probably since it opened but I refused... until now! It was delicious and not too expensive like I heard it was. (our meals were $12 & $13)

David also had his heart set on seeing this movie... weird right? Ever since we first saw the pre-views he knew it was a must see... and it was :) I liked it. Good thing it was a special occasion, can we talk about the price of movies now days.

We had a fun enjoyable night together. I told David my favorite part was the corn bread, corn on the cob, and pop corn :)

I had to work Saturday... then we headed to Rexburg to Jeral's posse meet...

Spent the rest of the night there. Got home @ midnight and was up early to attend the Island Park Rodeo...

I was pretty excited about finding Play-Doh ice cream.. yum!

Dave was pretty excited about seeing his old car up there!

On the way home we stopped at Pond's Lodge for lunch and next to it was a small salon with this sign... how awesome!

Needless to say we had a great anniversary week-end! I sure do love my hubby, in ways it feels like we've been together for a long, long time and in other ways it feels like just yesterday we were married!!

Bored...

The phrase "I am bored" holds a very special place in my heart... let me explain. Lately, so many people (friends/family/customers) have said this very phrase to me and I look at them in aww. I remember coming home from school begging my parents to let me do something... anything... with my friends of course because I was bored; without thought my mom would have a list of at least 20 things that could occupy my time before it was time for dinner and bed. With that being said since the age of probably 10 I learned to NEVER say I was bored and to ALWAYS find something to do before mom could sense I might be bored. Now days I hear people say that "board" word and automatically think to myself 1. of things they could be doing to keep there body or minds busy or 2. what I would give to be bored!!

A friend put on their facebook status today..."what should I do on my day off?" Really, people sit at their computers and think about these things? At least 3 or 4 days in advance to my day off I have my entire day planned from paying bills, shopping, laundry, cleaning, dusting, re-organizing, cooking, cleaning, cleaning and more cleaning and hopefully time to sneak in lunch with a friend at that pre thought of time.

What I would give to wake up one morning (without the sound of my alarm) and think... hum what should I do today? Or sit on the couch for over 30 minutes (without a million things going through my head that need done) and say... I AM BORED!!

And we don't even have kids yet, what is wrong with me? David says to me at least once a week calm down, it's okay, you're fine your life is really not that busy/hectic- but it is :)
